In this weeks CSA we received a small basket of brussels sprouts. And, as luck would have it, there were a multitude of recipes for brussels sprouts in our Food Network and Whole Living magazines. Checking our pantry we were able to find enough ingredients to make our own version of roasted brussels sprouts.
Preheat the oven to 450F. Place the brussels sprouts and grapes on a baking sheet. Toss with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Roast for about 20 minutes, until the sprouts begin to caramelize. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Toss with hazelnuts.
