Working at home today I took a break at lunch to get a quick workout in. To mimic the situation of traveling for work, when I don’t have my full complement of equipment, I did the One-on-One Road Warrior workout. With about 40 minutes, and one resistance band, I was able to get a great workout in. This is a full body toning workout. Since you may not have the weight to do 8-10 reps and feel the burn, aim for 16-20 and really make sure the final few are tough. There are 4 rounds, and each include chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and quad exercises.
