Meghan and I are huge fans of tacos for dinner. Can you really blame us? They are quick, delicious, versatile. But, have you ever had a craving for crispy taco shells when you only have flour tortillas? Well, here is a quick tip on how to get those stand-up shells.
Preheat the oven to 200F. Lay the flour tortilla over to rungs of the upper oven rack. Let the tortillas cook for 5-10 minutes. Instant crispy tortilla shells that actually stand up.
We used these tonight to make a variation of the tacos we made the other night with the avocado cream.
