I realized that it had been 2 weeks since my last post. I also realized it was not due to not having ideas to post but rather not making the time to post what was going on. I am in the process of revamping the layout of the blog and will update the types of content I will include.
During a typical week, I may post interesting articles about food and health that I have come across. I may post ideas about working out and workouts that I have been doing. I will continue to post pictures and recipes of what Meg and I are making for dinner. I will post ideas about how to find the time to prepare healthy food when you think you don’t have time. There may be some restaurant reviews, food reviews about stuff we try at the store. And of course, I would love to hear from you, so feel free to comment on any of the posts.
Like any change in your diet or your workouts, I am looking forward to the challenge and the results! Stay tuned, there will be more to come soon.
